Changed the form registration with a chess puzzle image as spambot countermeasure.

Users APOCALYPSE and Adrian Oliva have been changed from 'Registered User' to 'Approved User' (full powers for a non-administrator) because of their very active presence in this forum.

Adrian Oliva: you are very prolific here, so you could be promoted to honorary administrator, like Skynet. I'd be glad to do that.

The use Gannicus has been promoted to the group "Approved users" due to the fact that I know him for several years and that he's a prestigious programmer. I don't know whether he wants to reveal his identity or not.

Looks like someone (maybe me?...) made a mess with all the forum permissions. Now I should have fixed it. From now on I'll be the only Administrator/Global moderator of this forum to prevent such things happening again. All the special administration permissions to other users have been revoked.

The user IbaiBuRvhas been promoted as "Approved user" because odmf his forum contribution. Now he can use all the standard user features and create polls
