CorChess is a clone of Stockfish maintained for better performance on long time controls,
trying at least partially to fill the gap between regular tests and demands of correspondence players.
The first idea was to improve the scalability of Stockfish 8 and from CorChess 2 I a mathematical model for search tree efficiency is followed.

Due to a recent
Oliprog's test on The OutSkirts Forum (although I'm not trusting so much engines strength tournaments with opening books) it has been noticed that CorChess is way too similar to the standard Stockfish, to the point that I'm wondering if there are practical changes or not...

”CorChess PB 141023 --> Engine for fast computers and intensive analyzes! I used the original CorChess code. Support for two Polyglot books and the option MinimumThinkingTime are implemented here now. The network is external, because less data volume is required. Download (avx2, avx512, bmi2, sse41, modern, source code):

Thank you Eduard !
