1. Anything you write here must be on the topic of chess - computer or human. For anything else there is the Offtopic forum

2. You shall not be offensive

3. You shall keep an active forum participation. This means you have to write at least some post sometimes. Introducing yourself here is warmly adviced. Leeches will be periodically deleted

4. You shall not ask for material on sale for free nor share links to illegally download it

5. You shall not ask for copyrighted material withouth the explicit consense by the author nor share links to illegally download it - such consense must be public and visible to anyone

6. The posted tournaments and tests must have clear specifics so that anyone can understand:
- type of cpu used
- ram of your system
- hashtable size
- threads per engine used
- presence and type of tablebases
- time used
- names of the participants
- number of games
- result.

Any test must be accompaigned with these datas so that anyone can understand it and compare to other tests.

Links for games are not mandatory but welcomed

7. Forum flooding is strictly prohibited. Avoid to make too many posts per day in a row on single topics

8. Posts can be edited as much times as the user wants, but it's forbidden to completely change the meaning of the post. Delete it and write a new one instead

9. For a specific book or a specific engine, only one thread must be started.

I don't want to see multiple threads like:

Coolbook 12/10/22
Coolbook 25/05/23
Coolbook 04/05/24

Gather everything under a single thread like 'Coolbook'

10. If you feel harrassed by someone feel free to report him but do not abuse this function, otherwise you will be the one to get punished
